Welcome to RC-RV Courses

Across seven modules, this course covers the history, science, and legal landscape of cannabis, then walks through the industries that make up the cannabis business: growing and cultivation; extraction and processing; dispensary and retail operations; hospitality, communications, and social media opportunities; ancillary and support roles; and emerging opportunities in hemp, federal legalization, and international markets. Learners finish the course with a clearer sense of where they might fit in the cannabis industry and what to do next.

This course prepares learners for the National Certification Examination for Pharmacy Technicians (PTCE) and provides them with comprehensive knowledge and skills for pharmacy practice, including cannabis education. Learners will gain foundational understanding in pharmaceutical calculations, drug classifications, medication administration, pharmacy law and ethics, customer service skills, and cannabis dosage and usage understanding.
